The embodiment of the invention discloses a chip module management method, device and system. The existing technical problem that as the number of chip modules is too large, code distribution is prone to mistaking in the distributing process is solved. The method includes the steps that a core framework with a module processing unit and a module inquiring unit is set up through a spring framework; the module processing unit obtains code information of chip modules distributed after audit is passed and obtains results audited and issued according to the code information of the chip modules; the module processing unit obtains a triggered starting-stopping command, or a check command or a clone command and executes operation corresponding to the starting-stopping command, or the check command or the clone command; the module inquiring unit obtains an inquiring command and executes operation corresponding to the inquiring command.
