Summary: | The invention discloses a method for measuring austenite crystal grain size. The method comprises the following steps: performing austenitizing heating on a steel sample, rapidly cooling, performing sample preparation according to the requirement of an electronic probe, performing line analysis on a certain element by adopting the electronic probe, and rapidly measuring the austenite crystal grain size of the sample by adopting a method of measuring the peak number of spectral lines in the working length and the distance among peaks. The analysis method is simple and easy, not influenced by the size and shape of the steel sample, and a corrosion agent is not required, so that the effects of saving energy resources and reducing the environment pollution can be achieved; in addition, more intuitive and accurate detection results can be provided, and the measurement requirement for the austenite crystal grain size can be completely met. |
