The invention relates to a medium-concentration fine pulp device and belongs to the field of paper-making pulp making and grinding equipment. The device comprises a pulp inlet, a pulp outlet and a main shaft, wherein the pulp inlet and the pulp outlet are formed above the main shaft; a rotor is fixed on the main shaft through a rotor core; a stator is arranged to correspond to the rotor; a feeding spiral blade is arranged at the position of the main shaft below the pulp inlet; a pulp pumping blade is arranged below the pulp outlet, is arranged in annular shape and is fixed on the end surface of the rotor; a spiral flow guide strip is arranged on the pulp pumping blade. The medium-concentration fine pulp device is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the pulping concentration of a refiner can be improved by 4.5 to 5.5 percent, and pulping is uniform, the fluidity of a pulp is increased, blockage is prevented, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced.
