Summary: | The invention discloses a production process of a tin bronze tempered tire bead wire highly adhered with rubber. The production process comprises the steps of (1) selecting a wire; (2) tempering; (3) performing electrolytic pickling; (4) plating copper-tin alloy; (5) washing with water and drying; (6) coating water base coating liquid; (7) coating an organic coating; and (8) coiling the wire. According to the process, a hydrolyzing group at one end of a molecular chain of a silane coupling agent in the water base coating liquid is hydrolyzed and reacts with a wire substrate to achieve combination; an organic group at the other end of the molecular chain can react with an organic component in the later processing technique, so as to effectively connect inorganic metal and organic resin, and as a result, the adhering force of the tire bead wire and the rubber as well as the rubber attaching rate of the surface of the wire after adhering can be increased, and the retention time of the wire can be prolonged. |
