Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of organic semiconductors, and discloses polymers containing a dithiophene benzotriazole side chain, a preparing method thereof and organic solar cell devices. The general structure formula of the host materials is shown in the specification, wherein R1 and R2 are C1-C20 alkyl, and n is an integer from 10 to 100. In the polymers, the dithiophene benzotriazole (BTz) side chain is an important electron acceptor unit, and is beneficial to reduction of the polymer band gap; and diindenopyrazine is a heterocyclic compound having a rigid planar structure, and is high in thermal stability and electronic mobility. The light conversion efficiency can be increased by applying copolymers containing a triphenylamine side chain to solar cells. |
