The iron-mine tailing aerated concrete block is produced from the following components: 20-50 parts of iron-mine tailings, 20-30 parts of manganese ore slag, 30-45 parts of coal ash, 10-15 parts of cement, 25-35 parts of quick lime, 10-20 parts of cement polished waste materials, 2-4 parts of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of water glass, 1-1.5 parts of pure alkaline, 5-7 parts of bentonite, 0.3-0.5 part of zinc stearate, 0.05-0.08 part of aluminum hydroxide, 0.05-0.1 part of sodium hexameta phosphate and 2-4 parts of aluminum powder. The iron-mine tailing aerated concrete block has the beneficial effects that compared with the existing novel wall body material, the high-performance aerated block composite material has stable chemical property and excellent physical performance. |
