Summary: | The invention discloses a machining method of a sleeve, and relates to the technical field of machining. Machining is performed by using a sleeve multi-station milling fixture. The sleeve multi-station milling fixture comprises a fixture body, wherein the fixture body is provided with a bottom plate and baffle plates connected to two sides of the bottom plate, guide plates are mounted above the two baffle plates, two first clamping plates and a plurality of second clamping plates are arranged between the two guide plates, the first clamping plates and the second clamping plates are provided with guide grooves matched with the two guide plates; a limit plate is arranged at the outer end of one first clamping plate, and a jacking screw fixed on the bottom plate by virtue of a supporting plate is arranged at the outer end of the other first clamping plate. The machining method comprises the following steps: A, mounting the fixture; B, mounting a workpiece; C, milling a groove; and D, unloading a finished sleeve. Compared with the prior art, the machining method has the advantages that a plurality of to-be-machined members can be clamped once to be subjected to groove milling, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the production cost is lowered. |
