Summary: | Provided is a zirconium silicate whisker reinforced valve material. The zirconium silicate whisker reinforced valve material is prepared from, by weight, 2.5-4 parts of nickel powder, 3-4 parts of cobalt powder, 5-8 parts of moissanite power, 0.4-0.7 part of palladium oxide, 1.2-1.8 parts of molybdenum powder, 0.6-0.9 part of zirconium silicate whisker, 1-1.4 parts of nickel oxide, 0.3-0.4 part of silane coupling agent kh-550, appropriate 1% sodium carbonate solution, appropriate water, 2.5-3.5 parts of sodium hypophosphite, 0.4-0.6 part of polyethylene glycol, 30-35 parts of 2 Mol/L copper sulfate solution, 2-3 parts of wetting additives and 70-74 parts of iron powder. According to the zirconium silicate whisker reinforced valve material and a preparation method thereof, the zirconium silicate whisker and the moissanite power are added to the valve material, the impact-resistance strength, the abrasive resistance, the corrosion resistance and the heat-resistant performance of a valve are greatly improved. |
