Summary:The invention relates to a refuse disposal combined power generator which comprises a refuse disposal rotary kiln, a refuse residue cooler, a low-temperature plasma processor, a pulverizer, low-temperature afterheat power generation equipment, high-temperature afterheat power generation equipment and a waste gas discharging system, wherein the refuse disposal rotary kiln is of a dividing wall-type rotary kiln structure; a kiln chamber is arranged at the center of the refuse disposal rotary kiln; a refuse dry distillation chamber is arranged between the kiln chamber and the outer wall; the refuse dry distillation gas passes through the low-temperature plasma processor, the low-temperature afterheat power generation equipment and the waste gas discharging system in sequence after coming out from an outlet; smoke in the kiln chamber passes through dust removal equipment, the high-temperature afterheat power generation equipment and the waste gas discharging system in sequence after coming out from an outlet; a refuse residue outlet is connected with a fuel inlet of a nozzle of the rotary kiln through the refuse residue cooler and the pulverizer. According to the refuse disposal combined power generator, the dividing wall-type rotary kiln is used for dividing the dry distillation refuse and the smoke for heating is isolated from the refuse dry distillation gas, so that the refuse dry distillation gas is prevented from leaking to pollute the environment. The refuse dry distillation gas is separately processed by the plasma processing equipment, so that remarkable environment protection benefit is achieved.
