The invention relates to an in-bottle spraying washing device. The in-bottle spraying washing device comprises a fixing rod, a first water inlet, a liquid storage tank, a spraying gun, a sample bottle, a pressurizing cylinder, a liquid delivery tube, a liquid sucking gun, a liquid mixing barrel, a stirring device, a hydraulic pressurizer and a second water inlet. The liquid storage tank is located at the top of the fixing rod. The spraying gun and the pressurizing cylinder are arranged on the liquid storage tank. The spraying gun is located inside the sample bottle. One end of the liquid delivery tube is connected with the liquid mixing barrel, and the other end of the liquid delivery tube is connected with the liquid storage tank. The liquid sucking gun is located on the liquid mixing barrel. The hydraulic pressurizer is located at the bottom of the fixing rod. According to the in-bottle spraying washing device, cleaning agents and fresh water are delivered to a nozzle through different tubes, the nozzle is inserted into a bottle to be used for washing the inner wall of the bottle, and the concentration of the cleaning agents is adjustable.
