Summary: | The invention discloses mixed sesame paste with low fat content and a preparation method thereof and relates to the field of seasoners. The method comprises the following steps: frying soybean meal for 20-60 minutes at 90-110 DEG C till the water content of the soybean meal is less than or equal to 1% so as to obtain dehydrated soybean meal; and heating 1-3 parts by mass of soybean oil to 130-150 DEG C, adding 4-6 parts by mass of peanut paste, naturally cooling to 70-90 DEG C, adding 40-60 parts by mass of pure sesame paste, 20-30 parts by mass of dehydrated soybean meal, 0.5-2 parts by mass of honey, 0.5-2 parts by mass of preserved fruit syrup and 0.5-2 parts by mass of white granulated sugar, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixed sesame paste. The sesame paste obtained by the method is relatively low in manufacturing cost, relatively low in fat content, relatively high in protein content and relatively good in taste. |
