Summary:The invention discloses an instant session establishing method and system. The instant session establishing method comprises the following steps: receiving a communication message sent by a linkman terminal; judging whether the linkman sending the communication message is a concerned linkman according to a preset concerned linkman list; establishing instant sessions of all concerned linkmen comprising the concerned linkman under the condition that the linkman sending the communication message is the concerned linkman. The method can be used for establishing the instant sessions among a plurality of linkmen according to the linkman who sends the communication message; the operation steps of establishing the instant sessions are reduced; the contact among the linkmen is also facilitated.
