Summary:A touching and pressing type electrical connecting device is used for communicating an electric signal and comprises a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the first connecting end comprises a first insulator, a terminal and an elastic conducting layer, and the elastic conducting layer and the terminal are opposite up and down at an interval and are jointly arranged in the first insulator; the second connecting end is opposite to the first connecting end and comprises a second touching part and a second insulator, and the second insulator allows the second touching part to be bulged on the second insulator; a first touching part corresponding to the second touching part is arranged on the terminal, and the second touching part, the elastic conducting layer and the first touching part are sequentially overlaid up and down and are contacted, so that the electric signal is communicated between the first connecting end and the second connecting end.
