Summary: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of a heterojunction solar cell and a die used for producing the cell. A heterojunction solar cell is put into the preset die, so that the deposition probability of a conducive material on an edge of the cell is reduced under shielding of the die, the short-circuited phenomenon of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the cell is reduced, and the cell conversion efficiency and the cell performance are improved. The method comprises steps as follows: the heterojunction solar cell with no deposited conductive material is put into the die used for reducing deposition of the conductive material on the edge of the heterojunction solar cell, and the heterojunction solar cell is obtained through the die in a physical vapor deposition process. |
