Summary:The invention discloses a system for controlling the pressure relief and the return stroke of a plate shearing machine swaging oil cylinder on the basis of electro-hydraulic proportional reversing. The system comprises a swaging oil cylinder, wherein the pressure cavity of the swaging oil cylinder is provided with a pressure sensor and a pressure gauge; a pressure signal is transmitted to a PLC (programmable logic controller) input module by the pressure sensor; a logic cartridge valve is installed in the control cavity of the swaging oil cylinder; the pilot control part of the logic cartridge valve is a two-position four-way proportional directional valve; the two-position four-way proportional directional valve is connected with a PLC output module. According to the system, a semi-closed loop swaging oil cylinder unloading and return stroke control system is formed, a PLC control system is used for controlling and detecting, pressure in the swaging oil cylinder is detected in real time, and the swaging oil cylinder is not permitted to carry out return stroke until the value of pressure in the swaging oil cylinder achieves a very small pressure value is detected to be very small, so that the return stroke impact, vibration and noise of the swaging oil cylinder can be greatly reduced, the stable pressure relief and the flexible return stroke are realized, and the system is suitable for plate shearing machines with a wide table board and an ultra-wide table board.
