Summary: | A soft real sluice valve body with excellent processability comprises the following chemical element components in percentage by mass: 3.8-4.2 percent of C, 0.05-0.08 percent of Cd, 0.05-0.09 percent of In, 0.3-0.6 percent of Si, 0.1-0.3 percent of Mn, less than 0.03 percent of P, less than 0.03 percent of S, 0.0-0.3 percent of Sc, 1.2-1.6 percent of Ti, 0.01-0.05 percent of Ru, less than 0.005 percent of N, and the balance of Fe. The soft real sluice valve body has an excellent mechanical property, and the grain size of a pearlite is smaller, so that the valve body has favorable processability; the strength, the toughness and the quality stability of the valve body are enhanced by using waste nodular cast iron and steel scraps with specific components and metallographic phases; the spheroidizing process enables an Mg spheroidizing reaction to be stable, prevents Mg combustion, and can prevent Mg from floating on an iron liquid; the spheroidizing reaction is uniform and stable, and the cost is reduced. The pearlite structure of the valve body enhances the strength, the plasticity and the toughness greatly. |
