Summary:The invention provides a hot steel-making slag high-temperature solidification, pelletization and heat recovery method and an equipment system of the method. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, performing mechanical mixing and primary pelletization on solid dielectric and hot steel-making slag; secondly, performing secondary pelletization on high-temperature slag after cooling; finally, performing hydration treatment on steel-making slag which is cooled and subjected to heat exchange. The equipment system of the method mainly comprises a feeding system, a slag supply system, a high-temperature slag stirrer, a high-temperature slag feeder, a cooling pelletizing device, a gas circulation system, a heat recovery system and a water cooling system and the like. The hot steel-making slag high-temperature solidification, pelletization and heat recovery method and the equipment system of the method have the advantages that the problem of continuous and stable feeding of hot steel-making slag with different viscosity under high temperature on the premise of heat retention is solved, and other problems such as slag hole blockage, caking, poor durability of high-temperature slag feeder and the like are solved, therefore, high-efficiency steel-making slag heat recovery and continuous sealing cleaner production of the steel-making slag can be facilitated.
