The invention relates to a heat-insulating pipe of an automobile air conditioner and a processing method thereof. The heat-insulating pipe comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of rubber, 80-90 parts of carbon black, 60-80 parts of paraffin oil, 80-90 parts of light calcium, 30-50 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-4 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1-1.2 parts of stearic acid, 5-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-5 parts of sulfur, 0.5-1.5 parts of an accelerant BZ, 0.5-1.5 parts of an accelerant DM and 0.3-0.8 part of an accelerant TMTD. The product can be used for a long time at the temperature of 180 DEG C and is low in processing cost and long in service life.
