Summary:The invention discloses a method for preparing hydroxyacetic acid by cellulose-enriched biomass. The method comprises the following steps: by taking cellulose-enriched biomass as a raw material, infiltrating the cellulose-enriched biomass in an oxidizing agent which is adjusted to weakly acidic by virtue of a pH adjustor; by taking ferrite as a Fenton reaction catalyst and zinc salt as a secondary catalyst, carrying out Fenton reaction under a lighting condition; and after reaction, filtering and separating to obtain the hydroxyacetic acid. The method disclosed by the invention generates free radicals by virtue of photo-stimulated Fenton reaction and is matched with the secondary catalyst at the same time to selectively regulate the product. The method for preparing hydroxyacetic acid is simple in step, free of heating and pressurizing and easy to control; the catalyst used is low in price and no organic solvents are required in the degrading process; and the product is prepared and converted under a mild condition. Compared with existing petroleum-based small molecular raw material conversion method, the method is the hydroxyacetic acid production method which is huge in potential and efficient and economical.
