Summary: | The invention discloses a method for increasing the efluorination rate of high-impurity concentrated phosphoric acid and belongs to the technical field of fine phosphates. The method comprises the follow steps: adding concentrated sulfuric acid into concentrated phosphoric acid, adding a defluorination medicament after stirring, then stirring for reaction, and then discarding filter residue after solid-liquid separation, namely defluorination of the concentrated phosphoric acid is accomplished. Due to the use of the method provided by the invention, the defluorination rate is increased by 40 percent, further inferior phosphorite with higher sesquioxide is used as a raw material for preparing feed grade monocalcium phosphate, and the fluorine content of the feed grade monocalcium phosphate is less than 0.18 percent. |
