The invention discloses a portable cable trench cover opening device. The portable cable trench cover opening device comprises a horizontal support and a vertical support; trundles are arranged on four supporting lugs of the horizontal support; the lower part of the vertical support is provided with a clamping rod perpendicular to the horizontal support; the clamping rod is retractable; two ends of the clamping rod are provided with opposite hooks which can be clamped into a cable trench cover; a horizontal jack is arranged on the horizontal support; a piston rod of the horizontal jack is connected with the vertical support to drive the vertical support to do a lifting motion; and a slideway on which the vertical support moves up and down is arranged on the horizontal support. The portable cable trench cover opening device is applicable to a variety of specifications of the cable trench covers, the allocation quantity can be decreased, and the cost is saved.
