Summary:The invention discloses a high-temperature resistant and high-pressure resistant powder metallurgy material for a valve. The high-temperature and high-pressure resistant powder metallurgy material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of LaO.6Al2O3, 3.8-4.2 parts of Mo, 0.3-0.6 part of Cu, 0.1-0.2 part of As, 0.2-0.3 part of Ho, 2-2.6 parts of nano iron powder, 16-19 parts of titanium carbonitride, 0.6-0.9 part of nano tungsten powder, 0.3-0.5 part of nano carbon black, 0.3-0.4 part of a silane coupling agent kh-550, a proper amount of 1% sodium carbonate solution, a proper amount of water, 4.5-5.5 parts of sodium hypophosphite, 0.4-0.6 part of polyethylene glycol, 60-65 parts of 2Mol/L copper sulfate solution, 2-3 parts of a wetting assistant and 73-76 parts of iron powder. The LaO.6Al2O3, the titanium carbonitride and the nano tungsten powder are added to the material for the valve disclosed by the invention, so that the heat resistance of the material is improved; the material has the advantages of high strength, excellent heat resistance and long service life, and is suitable for preparation of the valves which work at high temperature and high pressure.
