According to the device, a connecting rod mechanism is used for connecting upper and lower female die seats so as to realize opening and locked closing of the upper and lower two half female dies; when the die moves downwards, a left lower swing link and a right lower swing link rotate into the die, the upper female die and the lower female die are pressed together to form a closed die cavity; closed die forging is finished when a male die moves downwards, and when an upper die returns, the left and right lower swing links rotate out of the die; by locking the connecting rod mechanism, the die cavity is automatically opened when the die seats move upwards so as to realize the separation of the upper and lower female dies; and multidirectional closed die forging is realized by additionally arranging a horizontal lateral male die. The closed die forging forming die provided by the invention can be used for realizing closed die forming easily, and has the characteristics of reducing the equipment tonnage, simplifying equipment functions, improving the product quality, improving the material utilization ratio and reducing the manufacturing cost.
