The slime is classified through a hydraulic classifying cyclone, and after being mixed, the bottom flow of the slime flows to enter a teetered bed separator for roughing; then, after entering a charging basket of a water medium cyclone, overflow is pumped into the water medium cyclone through a pump for performing concentration operation; after being dehydrated by a coarse clean coal centrifugal machine, the bottom flow of the water medium cyclone after the concentration operation becomes a coarse clean coal product; after being mixed in the charging basket of a spiral separator, the bottom flow of the teetered bed separator flows to enter the spiral separator for scavenging, and then, after being dehydrated by a coarse medium slime centrifugal machine, a light product becomes coarse medium slime; by combining three devices different in separation characteristic, the effective separation of the coarse slime difficult to separate is realized, the quality of the coarse clean coal product is ensured, the ash content of the coarse clean coal product is reduced, and the recovery rate of a coarse slime product is improved; by an opening process, the circulation accumulation of the intermediate material of the system is avoided, and the separation stability is ensured. |
