The invention discloses a shapable sport protection board. The shapable sport protection board comprises a PC (polycarbonate)/ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) shapable layer, a protection pad layer filled with energy-absorbing materials, a buffer sac filled with buffer gas generation materials and a buffer layer filled with buffer materials, wherein the protection pad layer wraps the PC/ABS shapable layer, and each of the buffer sac and the buffer layer is integrally formed with the protection pad layer. The shapable sport protection board has the advantages that the shapable sport protection board can be shaped at any part of a human body and can fit the stress part closely, so that the stress part is protected more effectively, and injuries to an athlete are decreased effectively; a mixture of sodium azide and ammonium nitrate in the buffer sac can be resolved to produce nitrogen when being impacted violently, and the buffer sac is inflated rapidly to form a protecting gas sac, so that impact force is reduced; the protection pad layer is made of bamboo carbon fiber fabric and non-woven fabric, thereby being high in breathability.
