The traditional Chinese medicament comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 to 11 parts of gelsemium elegans, 6 to 12 parts of Chinese wolfberry, 25 to 35 parts of celosia cristata, 30 to 50 parts of paulownia leaves, 40 to 65 parts of pine needle meal, 15 to 25 parts of malt, 5 to 10 parts of folium isatidis, 8 to 16 parts of astragalus, 25 to 40 parts of tangerine peel, 10 to 15 parts of medical stones and 5 to 15 parts of hawthorns.
