Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly relates to an external medicine for resisting chronic peripheral inflammation and a preparation method for the external medicine. The external medicine consists of active components and medically acceptable auxiliary materials, wherein in every milliliter of the external medicine, the active components comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-1.5 parts of a propolis flavoid extract and 0.005-0.01 parts of oxymetazoline hydrochloride, wherein the content of propolis flavoid in the propolis flavoid extract is 1-1.5 percent. By the adoption of flavonoids (propolis flavoid) and a nerve-immunoregulation factor (oxymetazoline hydrochloride) which serve as the active components, an experiment shows that the external medicine can effectively suppress the chronic inflammation, induced by lipopolysaccharide, of peripheral cells and can be used for treating the chronic peripheral inflammation, such as eczema and rhinitis, caused by allergy or bacterial infection. |
