Summary:The invention discloses a packaging composition of a proton pump inhibitor drug for injection. The packaging composition of the proton pump inhibitor drug for injection is prepared by packing the following active components and non-active components in parts by weight in a borosilicate glass bottle, covering the bottle by a rubber plug, combining and sealing. The active components and non-active components in parts by weight are as follows: 0.5-2 parts of a proton pump inhibitor, 0-0.1 part of oxalic acid diethylamine disodium, 0-0.1 part of alkali and 0-3 parts of a skeleton agent. A preparation method of the packaging composition of the proton pump inhibitor drug for injection comprises the following steps: dispensing liquid, pre-freezing, primarily drying, secondarily drying and post-treating. The neutral borosilicate glass bottle is selected, so that the compatibility of the proton pump inhibitor drug for injection can be obviously improved; the drug quality is improved; the risk of transferring glass corrosion caused by alkaline drug to the drug is reduced; furthermore, the clinical safety of the drug is improved. The preparation method of the proton pump inhibitor drug for injection is simple in process, low in energy consumption, convenient to operate, safe to produce and suitable for industrial large-scale production and application.
