Near-infrared light emitted by a light source of the device is conducted into a detection head via an incident optical fiber, the detection head contacts with human skin surface, incident light is projected to the surface of the human skin surface, and enters an emergent optical fiber after being reflected and scattered by the skin surface, the emergent optical fiber comprises three optical fibers with different core distances, the three optical fibers are conducted into a first detector, a second detector and a third detector respectively, each detector converts light signals into electric signals, and detection is achieved. By the device, detection depth adjustable non-invasive detection for the human body biochemical criteria is achieved. |
