Summary:The invention discloses a disinfecting and sterilizing method for a spiny and hairy plant explant. The disinfecting and sterilizing method comprises the following steps: (1), flushing dust on the surfaces of the explant by conventional flowing water, removing deionized water and disinfecting the surfaces by conventional alcohol; (2), putting a container filled with the explant and a disinfecting and sterilizing solution in a vacuum dryer connected with an aspirator pump, creating a negative pressure environment, forming stubborn bubble breakage at the spiny and hairy part of the explant, ensuring gas escape, thoroughly clearing bacteria hiding dead corners, ensuring that all the surfaces of the explant are soaked by the disinfecting and sterilizing solution, and rapidly, safely and efficiently obtaining a spiny and hairy explant sterile material.
