Summary: | The present invention provides a transmission module capable of broadband transmission while suppressing degradation of the efficiency of an amplification circuit. A capacitor (Cj) is connected in parallel to a non-reciprocal circuit (3), and thus it is possible, within a given frequency bandwidth used by a power amplifier (2), that is, a given frequency bandwidth used in communication, to shorten the length of an impedance curve (reflection coefficient S11) at an input terminal (P2) of the non-reciprocal circuit (3) by adjusting the input impedance of the non-reciprocal circuit (3). By means of an interstage matching circuit (7) (input matching circuit (6)) provided between the output terminal (P1) of the power amplifier (2) and the input terminal (P2) of the non-reciprocal circuit (3), it is possible to match the input impedance for the non-reciprocal circuit (3) and the output impedance for the power amplifier (2) over a wide band. Thus, it is possible to provide a transmission module (1) capable of broadband transmission while suppressing degradation of the efficiency of the power amplifier (2). |
