Summary:The invention provides a novel waterproof and dustproof level dry detection method and device capable of achieving online detection of the waterproof and dustproof levels of industrial components. According to the method and device, waterproof and dustproof level detection is converted into air tightness detection, a dry detection method is applied to the waterproof and dustproof level detection of the industrial components, and accordingly automatic online detection of detected components is achieved. According to the device, an embedded processor is used as a main control unit, a differential pressure method is used for detecting the differential pressure of the detected components and balancing components, quantitative calculation is conducted on the waterproof and dustproof levels of the detected components, and whether the detected components are qualified or not is judged. Different judgment parameters are set according to the different level requirements of the detected components so as to meet the different waterproof and dustproof level detection requirements. A fuzzy algorithm is applied to a temperature compensation algorithm, the influence of environment temperatures on detection results is reduced, the detection precision is improved, and a new path is provided for the waterproof and dustproof level detection of the industrial components.
