Summary:The invention discloses a heavy vehicle high-power air-cooled diesel engine low-temperature rapid starting system and method. The system comprises an engine incoming gas preheating device, a fuel heating system and a power supply. The engine incoming gas preheating device comprises a grating heater and a glow plug which raise the air temperature in a gas inlet pipe at the same time so as to sufficiently preheat incoming gas. The fuel hearing system comprises a fuel tank heating device, a filter heating device, an oil suction pipe heating device and an engine cylinder heating device which are used for heating fuel in a fuel tank, a filter, an oil suction pipe and an engine cylinder, the heating devices are provided with self-inspection control circuits respectively and can independently conduct automatic temperature control and heating on the fuel, and an engine can be kept in the good oil supply state all the time. A large-capacity lithium battery serves as the power supply and is used for supplying electricity to the engine incoming gas preheating device and the fuel heating system. By means of the heavy vehicle high-power air-cooled diesel engine low-temperature rapid starting system and method, the purpose of rapidly starting a heavy vehicle high-power air-cooled diesel engine under the low-temperature environment is effectively achieved.
