The multifunctional flexible traction type paving rack for the waterproof board comprises a door frame assembly, a travelling mechanisms, two arch-shaped brackets which are respectively arranged at the upper front side and the upper rear side of the door frame assembly, and a waterproof board conveying mechanism which moves along the front and back of the arch-shaped brackets to convey the waterproof board to be mounted to the design mounting position; a plurality of working platforms for mounting the waterproof board and binding reinforcing steel bars are mounted at the left side and the right side of the door frame assembly from top to bottom; each arch-shaped bracket comprises a vertically-arranged arch-shaped ring; the waterproof board conveying mechanism comprises two sliding trolleys which can move along the front and back of the two arch-shaped rings, and trolley traction mechanisms for driving the two sliding trolleys to synchronously move; the trolley traction mechanisms are winch lifting systems.
