The method includes the steps of embedding two rows of supporting pieces on a concrete foundation pedestal according to the distance of the central span of 736 mm, cutting 14# box iron into four parts with different lengths, welding the four parts into a supporting main rod, cutting 12# box iron according to widths, welding cut parts into a longitudinal supporting rod, welding 5# box iron and the longitudinal supporting rod into a whole with the four pieces of 5# box iron in one set to form a supporting bearing rod, flat laying and welding a supporting steel plate with the thickness of 10 mm onto the supporting bearing rod to complete the machining of steel die sections, and completing the manufacturing of the beam bottom splicing steel die of the T-shaped prefabricated beam after assembling, adjusting and inverted camber setting are conducted. The method has the advantages that the manufacturing method is simple, the length can be adjusted according to the beam shape of the T-shaped beam, the beam bottom splicing steel die can be detached to be recycled after the construction of a bridge is completed, and the production cost of the T-shaped prefabricated beam is saved.
