Summary:The invention discloses high-temperature, ceramic, erosion-resistant, dust-pollution-free and environment-friendly casting coating. The casting coating is prepared in the following manner: firstly weighing the following components according to a raw material formula and parts by weight: 3-8 parts of anhydrous magnesium chloride powder, 1-3 parts of magnesium oxide powder, 0.5-2 parts of aluminum sulfate powder, 0.8-2 parts of alpha starch, 1-2 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-3 parts of attapulgite powder, 0.1-0.3 part of PAM, 0.05-0.2 part of wetting agent T-80, 0.1-0.3 part of ferric oxide powder, 45-55 parts of bauxite powder and 30-40 parts of brown aluminum oxide powder, dry-mixing the raw materials uniformly, adding water accounting for 80% by weight of the raw materials, and stirring for about 1 hour, namely, basically infiltrating uniformly; then adding 1-3 parts of silica gel. When in use, water accounting for 10-30% of total amount of the raw materials is added and stirred with the coating for about 10 minutes. The main technical features of the casting coating lie in that a thin coating layer can quickly generate ceramic transition within a molten steel (iron) casting temperature process range, the strength of the coating layer is greatly improved with the rise of the molten steel (iron) casting temperature and increase of the casting time, so that the coating layer is more and more stiff and erosion resistant, and no dust pollution is generated.
