Summary:The invention discloses a single-machine multi-station hot forging mechanical arm. The single-machine multi-station hot forging mechanical arm comprises a base, a top seat, a left-and-right control system, an up-and-down control system, a front-and-back control system, a loosening-and-tightening control system and a clamping system served as an executing mechanism. The left-and-right control system, the up-and-down control system, the front-and-back control system and the loosening-and-tightening control system are each provided with corresponding cams and a transmission device, the cams of the four control systems coaxially rotate and are each transmitted to the clamping system through the transmission devices, and therefore the claming system can orderly achieve four types of movements of left-and-right, up-and-down, front-and-back and loosening-and-tightening. According to the single-machine multi-station hot forging mechanical arm, in virtue of the main shaft power of a machine tool, by using pure mechanical type cam transmission, and four degrees of freedom coordination movement driven by one shaft is achieved; as long as an initial relative position angle of each cam is regulated well as needed, the mechanical arm can finish the needed work orderly and coordinately, and the single-machine multi-station hot forging mechanical arm is suitable for workpiece grading automation forging and pressing processing. The single-machine multi-station hot forging mechanical arm has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, stable and reliable.
