Summary:The invention belongs to the technical field of facial masks, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine facial mask and a preparation method thereof. The facial mask is prepared from angelica sinensis extract, rhizoma typhonii extract, calendula extract, arbutin, lemon juice, yogurt and water in a weight ratio of (1-3):(1-6):(1-7):(1-2):(4-11):(7-21):(50-150). The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the angelica sinensis extract, rhizoma typhonii extract, calendula extract, arbutin, lemon juice, yogurt and water in the weight ratio under a room-temperature condition to obtain facial mask essence; sufficiently soaking facial mask paper in the essence; and sterilizing at low temperature to obtain a finished product. According to the facial mask, the ingredients are natural traditional Chinese medicine extracts and can be used for sufficiently regulating cuticle of sensitive skin, and the nutritional essence of the facial mask can be gradually absorbed, so that skin can renew healthy luster.
