Summary:The invention discloses a method and a device capable of improving outlet tobacco moisture uniformity of a burley tobacco parching machine. The device comprises a water tube and a steam tube which are parallel, wherein a guide tube is crossly spanned on the water tube and the steam tube at a certain distance, and a spray nozzle is arranged on the cross guide tube; the spray nozzle is an adjustable spray nozzle. The method comprises the following steps: estimating humidifying capacity of a moisture regaining region of the parching machine; estimating parameters of the spray nozzle on the original installation position of the moisture regaining region of the parching machine, wherein the parameters include a spraying angle and a spraying distance; re-selecting a moisture regaining spray nozzle according to the data. The parching machine is re-designed and re-selected on the spray nozzle of the moisture regaining region; the used spray nozzle is adjustable, so that the atomizing effect of the spray nozzle can be regulated, the atomizing effect of the spray nozzle on the same pipeline is consistent, the stable uniformity of the outlet tobacco moisture uniformity of the burley tobacco parching machine is improved. Meanwhile, the spray nozzle cleaning period is effectively prolonged, and equipment production efficiency is improved.
