Summary: | The invention discloses a motor manufacturing method which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) stator wire embedding: using a winding machine to wind wires into coils, and embedding the coils into a stator by an automatic wire embedding machine to form a stator coil group; (2) permanent magnet fixing: pasting and fixing eight permanent magnets to a rotor core, wherein the eight permanent magnets are evenly spaced; (3) clamping a bearing retainer ring into a slot corresponding to a shaft with the smooth surface of the bearing retainer ring facing outward, and pressing a bearing onto the shaft by a special tool when the bearing retainer ring is put in place; (4) placing adjusting gaskets in corresponding end covers of a motor, protecting a solenoid with a solenoid protection sheath, and placing a rotor in; (5) assembling the shell, the stator coil group and the whole rotor into a whole motor and fixing the motor with bolts; and (6) adopting an electrical tester to electrically test the motor, putting the motor in a painting chamber for painting, putting the motor in a drying furnace for drying, and finally, putting the motor in a cooling chamber for cooling. |
