Summary: | The invention provides a high-efficiency transformer core slice inserting machine which comprises an upper guide rail, a lower guide rail, a pouring tank, a first cylinder and a second cylinder, wherein the upper guide rail and the lower guide rail are vertically stacked in a staggered manner, the pouring tank is used for stacking core slices, and the first cylinder and the second cylinder are horizontally arranged. A push block is connected at the front end of a piston rod of the first cylinder, a placing frame for placing transformer solenoids is connected at the front end of a piston rod of the second cylinder, an electrical box is arranged on one side of the upper guide rail and one side of the lower guide rail, and a limit switch is arranged on the electrical box. The transformer solenoids and cores are pushed by the cylinders on two sides respectively, core slice inserting is finished on the vertically staggered and stacked guide rails, the limit switch automatically triggers the cylinders to reciprocate, transformer core slice inserting efficiency and accuracy can be improved by the device, and product quality defects caused by human errors are avoided. |
