Summary:A magnetic liquid magnetization viscosity measuring method and a magnetic liquid magnetization viscosity measuring device. With a permanent magnet as a magnetic source to restrain a magnetic field to be continuously adjustable from weak to strong, two radially adjustable gaps are formed between an upper pole shoe ring and a magnetic conductive rotor and an internal magnetic conductive stator through vertically movement of the permanent magnet in a hollow chamber formed by the internal magnetic conductive stator, an external magnetic conductive stator and the magnetic conductive rotor, thereby forming a magnetizing loop and a magnetic flux leakage loop and further adjusting magnetic intensity of a magnetic field applied onto a magnetic liquid material. The magnetic liquid material is sheared through rotation of the magnetic conductive rotor after an adjustable-speed motor powered on so that viscosity characteristics are converted into shear forces and are measured by a torque measuring device in the form of a torque M. Magnetic flux is measured by a magnetic flux measuring device and the magnetization viscosity and magnetic flux density are finally calculated through formulas. By means of the device and the method, a weak magnetic field can be adjusted to a level tending to be zero. The method and the device are less in inertance of the rotor forming the shear forces on the magnetic liquid, are large in turning radius, are convenient in adjustment and are more suitable for measurement of a viscosity-temperature curve and a magnetism-viscosity curve of the magnetic liquid under conditions of a low temperature and a weak magnetic field.
