Summary: | The invention discloses an anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3) identification system and method. The identification system comprises a pipeline simulation member (2) and an anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3) which is matched with the pipeline simulation member (2). The pipeline simulation member (2) is used for horizontally impacting the anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3) so as to detect plastic deformation and damage of the anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3). The method comprises the steps that S1, initial velocity is applied to the pipeline simulation member (2); S2, the pipeline simulation member (2) horizontally impacts the anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3); S3 and the plastic deformation situation and damage of the anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3) are detected. The pipeline simulation member (2) which is the same with the practical size of a high-energy pipeline project is utilized to horizontally impact the anti-throwing-impact limiting member (3) so that force bearing difference with the throwing impact behavior in real high-energy pipeline breaking can be reduced, a simulation site can be arranged in an indoor site and data acquisition is further facilitated. |
