Summary: | The invention discloses a leak hunting method of a carbonyl iron synthetic kettle and relates to improvement of the leak hunting method of a synthetic kettle applicable to carbonyl iron production. The leak hunting method is characterized in that a fixed air pipe is arranged on a big sealing cap of the carbonyl iron synthetic kettle and penetrates the big sealing cap; during leak hunting, leak hunting medium air is led into a sealing chamber, composed of a sealing plug of the synthetic kettle and the big sealing cap, through the fixed air pipe until that a preset test pressure is achieved, then enclosed pressurizing is performed, and according to pressure changes of the synthetic kettle and the sealing chamber which is composed of the sealing plug of the synthetic kettle and the big sealing cap, the carbonyl iron synthetic kettle is subjected to leak hunting judgment. The leak hunting method has the advantages that by the aid of few leak hunting medium, leak hunting and leak source processing are performed on middle-pressure large and medium reaction vessels within short time, production efficiency is improved, running time of a large high-pressure air compressor is shortened, and power consumption is decreased. |
