Summary: | The invention discloses an anode seamless grouting method used for reducing iron carbon pressure drop. According to the anode seamless grouting method, graphite powder and kerosene are mixed at a ratio of 3:10-1:2 so as to obtain a conductive slurry; and the conductive slurry is delivered into seams between ferrophosphorus rings and charcoal bowls. Compared with the prior art, the anode seamless grouting method is capable of reducing per ton aluminium technology AC power consumption 54kwh, reducing production cost greatly, and increasing enterprise profits; and is another electrolytic aluminium energy-saving production innovative technology following a series of low-temperature low-voltage energy-saving production innovative technology developing application such as abnormal shape cathode, grille type anode, and small electrode production. |
