Summary: | The invention relates to a fluidized bed mercury removal method and device based on straw ash. The method uses biomass combustion waste straw ash as an adsorbent for mercury removal, and the adsorbent is used in a fluidized bed reactor for mercury removal; and the mercury resource is recovered and in a membrane separator recycling, and the adsorbent is regenerated. The device mainly comprises a combustor, a flue gas cooler, a sand core gas distribution plate, fluidized bed reactors, a membrane separator, an electric ash scraping plate, a sand core separating plate and a valve. The flue gas containing mercury from the combustor is cooled and injected into the fluidized bed reactor by the sand core gas distribution plate to conduct a fluidized adsorption reaction with a straw ash adsorbent added in the fluidized bed reactor. When one fluidized bed reactor needs regeneration, the flue gas automatically switches into another fluidized bed reactor; and the two fluidized bed reactors are used alternately for regeneration. The method uses biomass combustion waste mercury removal to realize treating waste by waste, and the removal process does not cause secondary pollution; therefore, the flue gas mercury removal method and device have broad application prospects. |
