Summary:The invention relates to a method for preparing wine. The method comprises the following steps: rinsing grapes with clean water; soaking the grapes; placing the grapes at a ventilating position for drying; and removing stalks after drying the grapes to obtain grape berries, crushing the grape berries, filling a bottle with the crushed grape berries without exceeding 2/5 of the volume of the bottle, then adding zymosan and saccharose in the bottle, sealing the bottle, placing the bottle in a normal temperature environment, and when the liquid level rises to a position 5-10cm away from the bottle opening, opening the sealing device to exhaust. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost and simple process, the prepared wine is plump in taste, the aroma of the wine is increased and the sensory characteristics of alcohol are perfected.
