Summary:The invention discloses a water quality regulation system which comprises a pH sensor, a PLC controller, a drug storage tank and a control switch, wherein the pH sensor is connected with a heating and cooling system of a calender and is used for detecting the pH value of water in the heating and cooling system of the calender; the PLC controller is connected with the pH sensor and is used for obtaining the pH value fed back by the pH sensor and generating a control command according to the pH value; the drug storage tank is used for providing chemicals for the heating and cooling system of the calender, so that the pH value of the water in the heating and cooling system of the calender is changed; the control switch is respectively connected with the PLC controller, the drug storage tank and the heating and cooling system of the calender and is used for controlling the drug storage tank to be communicated with the heating and cooling system of the calender according to the control command, so that the chemicals in a relative amount are added in the heating and cooling system of the calender by virtue of the drug storage tank. According to the mode, the pH value of the water in the heating and cooling system of the calender is controlled to be in a standard range, so that corrosion and scaling in the heating and cooling system can be effectively inhibited.
