The invention relates to an automatic barrel forming welder. An ejector plate is fixed at the ends of first guide rods on a frame, and an upper mould component is mounted on the ejector plate. A second air cylinder with a downward ejector rod, positioned on one side of a first air cylinder, is arranged on the ejector plate, and the ejector rod of the second air cylinder drives a mandrel component. A lower bending mould is fixed at a position, under a mandrel, of the frame, and a left mould component and a right mould component are arranged on the frame and positioned on two sides of the mandrel respectively. A welding gun moving mechanism is arranged on the frame or a mandrel fixing frame and comprises a welding gun moving support seat arranged on the frame or the mandrel fixing frame, guide rails parallel to the axis of the mandrel and an air cylinder positioned on one sides of the guide rails are arranged on the welding gun moving support seat, a welding gun support which is driven by the air cylinder to move along the guide rails is arranged on the guide rails slidably, and a welding gun is arranged on the welding gun support. The automatic barrel forming welder has the advantages of capability of saving materials, manpower and financial resources, high production efficiency and high safety.
