The invention relates to a telescopic universal positioning branch and leaf trimming trolley comprising a universal head mechanism, a branch and leaf trimming mechanism, an elevation mechanism, and a walking mechanism. The universal head mechanism is connected to the branch and leaf trimming mechanism, and drives the branch and leaf trimming mechanism to rotate together, such that the working angle of the shears on the branch and leaf trimming mechanism can be adjusted. With the universal head mechanism, the angle can be adjusted according to different trimming requirements. The branch and leaf trimming mechanism clamps shears used in branch and leaf trimming. The shears on the branch and leaf trimming mechanism can perform longitudinal feeding along a guide rail on the branch and leaf trimming mechanism, such that trimming requirements of different heights can be satisfied. Through adjusting the elevation mechanism of the trolley, the height of the universal head mechanism can be adjusted, such that personal requirements of operators with different heights can be satisfied. The trolley is convenient and practical, and can be used for replacing manual work. With the trolley, operator labor intensity is reduced.
